12. Fund of the Council

(1)

The Council shall have its own Fund.

(2)

There shall be paid into Fund of the Council—

(a)

all such sums of money as may be voted from time to time by Parliament for the use of the Council;

(b)

all such sums of money as may be received by the

Council by way of fees, rates, charges or otherwise in the discharge of its functions;

(c)

all such sums of money as may be made available to it by way of grants or donations.

(3)

There shall be paid out of the Fund such sums of money as may be required to defray the expenses incurred by the

Council in the exercise, discharge and performance of its powers, duties and functions under this Act.
