14. Provisions of this Act to be in gddition to and aot in: derogation of the provisions of the Penal Code &c
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of the Penal Code, the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or
Degrading Treatment or Punishment Act, No. 22 of 1994 or any other law.
