2. Establishment of the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

There shall be established a Commission, which shall be called the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka

(hereinafter referred to as the “Commission”).

The Commission shall, by the name assigned to it by subsection (1), be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, and may sue and be sued in such name.
