17. Beneficiaries may request appointment of new Manager
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
The beneficiaries may apply to the Commissioner of Title Settlement to appoint another co-owner as the Manager of the co-owned land parcel, on the following grounds :-—

“owner” means— (a) inrelation toa land parcel the person named in the Title Register as the owner thereof, and; (b) in relation to an interest in a land parcel, the person named in the register as the person in whose favour the interest is registered;
(a)
mismanagement or mala-fides on the part of the
Manager, or
(b)
that the land parcel is not being put to optimum use.
