13. Amendment of section 32 of the principal enactment

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. සිංහල පාඨය බලපවත්වයි. නිල Sinhala පාඨය විවෘත කරන්න, documents.gov.lk හි නිල PDF

Section 32 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion immediately after subsection (1)

of that section, of the following new subsection:—

“(1A) The disqualifications specified in the Second

Schedule to this Act, shall mutatis mutandis, apply to and in relation to a person employed as a specified officer under subsection (1).”.
