10. Corporation a

The Corporation shall be able and capable in law to acquire and hold, either as beneficial owner or as trustee or otherwise, any property, movable or immovable, which may become vested in it by virtue-of any instrument of purchase, grant or lease or by virtue of any testamentary disposition or otherwise.
