This Act may be cited as the School Development

Boards Act No. 8 of 1992, und shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may appoint by Order published in the Gazette

(hereinafter referred to as the

“appointed date”).

Establish -

#. There shall be established, with effect from the appointed date, a School Development Board (hereinafter referred to as a “ Board”) for every school.
