8. Registration of seed handlers
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
(1)
All sced handlers shall be registered with the
Director.
(2)
Every application for registration shall be in writing and shall be madc to the Director in such manner as may be specified by the Director.
(3)
A registration under this section —
(a)
shall be issued on payment of the registration fee, by the applicant :
(b)
shall be in writing and unless previously cancelled in accordance with any terms subject to which the registration was issued, shall continue in force fora period of two years ; and
(c)
shall set out the terms and conditions subject to which the registration is being issucd.
