25. Delegation of powers of the Board
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
(1)
The Board may delegate to any member or to any officer or servant of the Fund, any of its powers.
(2)
Every member or officer or servant to whom any power is delegated under subsection (1) shall exercise such power, subject to the direction and control of the Board.
