32. Authority not to transact business with enterprises in which a member has interest, unless approved by the Minister

The Authority shall not make any investment in or otherwise transact business with an enterprise of which a member of the Authority is a partner, director or shareholder or in where such partner, director or shareholder directly or indirectly has an interest, unless the transaction is approved by the Minister.
