Part II

17. Financial year and the Audit of accounts

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

(1)

The financial year of the Authority shall be the calendar year.

(2)

The provisions of Article 154 of the Constitution relating to the auditing of accounts shall apply in relation to the audit of the accounts of the Authority.

(3)

The provisions of Part II of the Finance Act, No. 38 of 1971, shall mutatis 11111ra11dis apply to the financial control of the Authority.
