(1)
Where the mortgaged property is sold the
Director-General on behalf of the Authority shall sign a.
Certificate of Sale and thereupon all right, title and interest of the borrower to and in the property shall vest in the purchaser, and thereafter it shall not be competent for any person claiming any right, title or interest of the borrower to and in the property, through or under any disposition whatsoever made or registered after the date of the mortgage
Urban Settle111e11t Developme11t Authority of the property to the Authority in any Court to move to invalidate the sale for any cnuse whatsoever or to maintain any right title or interest to or in the property as against the purchaser.
(2)
The Certificate of Sale signed by the Director-General on behalf of the Authority under subsection (l) shall be conclusive proof, with respect to the sale of any property that all the provisions of this Part relating to the sale of the property have been complied with.
(3)
The Certificate of Sale shall be in such form as may be approved by the Authority.
