14. Amendment of section 35 of the principal enactment

Section 35 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :—

(1)

by the renumbering of that section as subsection (1)

of that section ; and

(2)

by the addition immediately after the renumbered subsection (1) of that section of the following subsection :—

“(2)

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other law, an appeal to the Board of Review under subsection (1) shall be determined by the

Board within a period of two years from the date of commencement of the hearing of such appeal by the

Board.”.
