9. Accounts and Audit
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
(1)
The Corporation shall cause proper accounts to be kept of all the moneys received and expended by the
Corporation.
(2)
The accounts of the Corporation shall be examined and audited at least once in every year and the correctness of income and expenditure account and balance shect certified by the auditor or auditors who shall be the associate members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka appointed by the Corporation.
