13. Liabili of members of the Corporation

No member of the Corporation shall for the purpose.

of discharging the debts and liabilities of the Corporation or for any other purpose, be liable to make any contribu-tion towards. discharging ‘such debts and liabilities-exceeding. the amount of such annual subscriptions as may he due from him to the Corporation.
