The following new section is hereby inserted immediately before the section 3E of the principal enactment and shall have effect as section 3D of that enactment:—
3D. Any person who contravenes the provisions of this Part of this Act or any regulation made thereunder, shall commit an offence and shall on conviction after summary trail by a Magistrate be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand rupees or to imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding three years or to both such fine and imprisonment.”.
