7. Management of the affairs of the Corporation

(1)

The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules of the Corporation be administrated by a Committee of

Management comprising of not less than six members consisting of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer,

Assistant Secretaries and two other members to be elected in accordance with the rules of the Corporation.

(2)

The first Committee of Management of the

Corporation will be the Committee of Management of the

Fund holding office on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act.
