The Assisted Schools and Training Colleges (Special

Provisions) Act, No. 5 of 1960, (hereinafter referred to as the “principal enactment”) as amended by Act No. 8 of 1961, is hereby further amended by the insertion, immediately after section 5 thereof, of the following new section :—

Any aid given under this section shall be subject to such conditions applicable in respect of all such schools as may be imposed by regula-tions made by the Minister.”.
