6. Rules of the Corporation
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
Itshall be lawful for the Corporation, from time to-time at any general mecting and by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the members present and entitled to vote, to make rules not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or any other written law, for the admission, expulsion or withdrawal of members. for the election of members of the
Board of Management, for the performince of the duties of the Board of Management and of the various officers,agents and servants of the Corporation, for the procedure to be followed in the transaction of its busincss at meetings of the
Corporation and of the Board of Management and otherwise generally for the management of the aifairs of the Corporation and attainment of its objects. Such rules when made may ata like meeting and in like manner, be altered, added to, amended or rescinded.
Every member of the Corporation shall be subject to the rules made by the Corporation.
