5. Amendment of section 7 of the principal enactment

Section 7 of the principal enactment as amended by

Law No. 38 of 1974 is hereby amended by the substitution for the words “sections 95 to 99 (both inclusive) of the

Administration of Justice Law, No. 44 of 1973,”, of the words “sections 68 to 76 (both inclusive) of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act, No. 15 of 1979,”.
