3. Amendment of section 25 of the principal enactment,

Section 25 of the principal enactment is amended as follows :—
(1)
in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution, for the words and figures “established under the
Universities Act, No. 16 of 1978 ”, of the words and figures “established or deemed to be established under the Universities Act, No. 16 of 1978 ”; and
(2)
in subsection (2) of that section by the substitution, for the words and figures “established under the
Universities Act, No. 16 of 1978”, of the words and figures “established or deemed to be established under the Universities Act, No, 16 of 1978 ”.
hereby
