(1)

The Minister may, in consultation with the

Secretary, make rules generally for the efficient functioning of the Ministry of the Minister in charge of the subject of

Defence, and in particular in respect of the following matters :—

(a)

dress code including uniforms to be worn by persons serving in the Ministry ; and

(b)

the conduct and duties and functions of persons serving in the office of the Chief of Defence Staff.

(2)

Every rule made by the Minister under subsection (1)

shall be published in the Gazette.
