22. Amendment of section 55 of the principal enactment

Section 55 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section as follows:-

(1)

by the substitution, in paragraph (a) of that subsection, for the words “(a) if he is”, of the words

“(i) if he is”; and

(2)

by the substitution, in paragraph (b) of that subsection, for the words “(b) if he has”, of the words

“(ii) if he has”.
