10. Authority’s right to recover debts and liabilities

The Authority shall have the right to recover and receive any moneys that on the day immediately before the transfer date were due and owing to the Director-General of

Civil Aviation appointed under section 20 of the Air

Navigation Act, for or on account of services provided by such Director-General of Civil Aviation or that would, after the transfer date, have become due to the State if such transfer had not taken place.
