2. Amendment of section 14 of the principal enactment

Section 14 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act,

No. 15 of 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the “ principal enactment”) is hereby amended as follows :—

(a)

by the repeal of paragraph (c) of that section; and

(b)

in paragraph (d) of that section by the substitution for the words “any two of the sentences” of the words “any of the sentences”.
