3. Amendment of section 9 of the principal enactment

Section 9 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:-

(1)

by the repeal of subsection (1) thereof; and

(2)

in subsection (3) thereof, by the substitution for the words “subsection (1) or (2)” of the words,

“subsection (2)”.
