37. Appeals against refusal to register a contractor &c

A person who is aggrieved by—

(a)

the refusal to register any contractor under this

Act; or

(b)

the refusal to renew any Certificate of Registration issued to any contractor; or

(c)

the suspension or cancellation of a Certificate of

Registration issued under this Act, may within thirty days from the date of communication of such refusal, suspension or cancellation, as the case may be, appeal to the Appeals Board established by section 53

against such refusal, suspension or cancellation.
