9. Debts due and payable to the Fund
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
All debts and liabilities of the Fund on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted and all debts due to, subscriptions and contributions payable to the fund on the day shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
