40 of 1988 (hereinafter in this Part referred to as the “principal enactment”) is hereby amended by the substitution for the words and figure “Where any business of gaming, as is referred to in paragraph (b) of section 2,”, of the words and figure
“Where any business, as is referred to in subsection (1) of section 2,”.
