3. Qualifications for registration
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
A person shall not be eligible to be registered under this Act, unless such person—
{a) is a licensed commercial bank or a licensed specialized bank within the meaning of the Banking
Act, No. 30 of 1988 ;
(b)
a finance company within the meaning of the Finance
Companies Act, No. 78 of 1988 ; or
(c)
apublic company incorporated under the Companies
Act, No. 17 of 1982 having such minimum issued and paid up capital as may be prescribed.
