26. Amendment of section: 71 of the principal enactment

Section 71 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (4) of the section by the substitution for the words “ a Deputy Commissioner of Inland Revenue”
of the words “a Deputy Commissioner of Inland Revenue or a Senior Assessor of Inland Revenue.”.
