8. Replacement of section 13 of the principal enactment
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
Section 13 of the principal enactment as amended by
Act, No. 11 of 1998 is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor :—
“Registered
13. Where any person—
person.
makes an application for registration under section 10 or is deemed to be registered under section 75; or
(b)
(c)
makes an application for registration under section 12 and such application has not been refused by the
Commissioner-Gencral; or has not made an application for régistration, but the Commissioner-General is of opinion having regard to the nature of the activities carried on or carried out by ‘him that such person is liable to be registered under this Act, and after affording such person an opportunity of being heard, the Commissioner-General shall register such person with effect from such date as may be determined by him.”.
