6. Management of the affairs of the Corporation
அதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.

(1)
The management and administration of the affairs of the Corporation shall subject to the provisions of this Act be administered by a Board of Management consisting of such number of office bearers elected in the manner as may be provided by the rules of the Corporation made under section 7.
(2)
The first Board of Management of the Corporation shall consist of the members of the Board of Management of the Foundatin who hold office on the day immediately preceding the date of commencement of this Act.
