8. Fund of the Corporation
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
(1)
The Corporation shall have its own fund and all moneys received by way of gifts, testamentary disposition, grant, donation, contribution or fees shall be deposited to the credit of the Corporation in one or more banks as may be decided by the Committee of Management.
(2)
The Corporation may establish a depreciation fund or a sinking fund for the purpose of rehabilitation, development or improvement of the property of the Corporation.
(3)
Allexpenses borne by the Corporation in the exercise and discharge of the powers and functions of the Corporation shall be paid out of the fund.
