14. The seal of the Council

The Seal of the Council-

(a)

shall be in the custody of the registrar of the

Council appointed under section 18 of the

Act;

(b)

may be altered in such manner as may be determined by the Council;

(c)

shall not be affixed to any instrument or document except in the presence of the registrar and two members of the Council all of whom shall sign the instrument or document in token of their presence.
