4. Amendment of section 8 of the principal enactment

Section 8 of the principal enactment as last amended by Act, No. 12 of 2004, is hereby further amended in paragraph (a) of that section as follows :-

(1)

in sub-paragraph (LXXVII) of that paragraph, by the substitution for the words and figures “Act, No.

21 of 2000 :”, of the words and figures “Act, No. 21

of 2000;” ; and

(2)

by the addition, immediately after sub-paragraph

(LXXVII)

of that paragraph, of the following new paragraph :—

“(LXXVIII) The Nordic Investment Bank:”.
