24. Amendment of section 46 of the principal enactment

Section 46 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words “in any other provisions of this Chapter, or

Chapter X, be chargeable with income tax”, of the words “in other provisions, but subject to the provisions of section 16

of this Act, be chargeable with income tax”.
