The Third Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for item 7 of that

Schedule, of the following item:—

“7. Any society registered or deemed to be registered as a registered society under the

Co-operative Societies Law, No. 5 of 1972.

On the taxable income for any year of assessment ending on or before

Act, No. 9 of 2008

March 31, 2008 or commencing on or after

April 1, 2013
