8. Powers of the Corporation to hold property
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
Subject to the provisions of this Act and any other written law subject to the rules for the time being in force, of the Corporation, the Corporation shall be able and capable in law—
(a)
of acquiring by purchase, exchange, gift, device or bequest or in any other manner, and of holding and enjoying in perpetuity or for any lesser term sub-ject to any express trust or otherwise, any property, movable or immovable of any nature or kind what-soever ;
(b)
of selling, granting, conveying, assigning or other-wise disposing of, any of its properties.
How the
