22. Board to exercise disciplinary control over all staff including academic staff
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the Board may—
dismiss and exercise displinary control over the staff including the academic staff of the Institute ;
fix the wagesor salary or other remuneration of such staff ; and
(c} determine the terms and conditions of the service of such staff :
Provided, however, that no member of the aca-demic staff may be dismissed, except by a majority of two-thirds of the votes of the members of the
Board at a meeting on the ground of gross derelic-tion of duty or for moral turpitude or for other good and sufficient cause to be recorded in writing.
