11. Amendment of section 17 of the principal enactment

Section 17 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:-

(1)

by the repeal of paragraphs (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f)

thereof; and

(2)

by the re-lettering of paragraphs (g) to (r) as paragraphs (b) to (m).
