The day to day affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules of the Corporation and the general direction of the Board of Directors, be administered by an
Executive Committee of the Board of Directors which shall consist of—

the Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Manager and two other members elected at the annual general meeting of the Board in accordance with the rules of the Corporation; and
Isha-athul Islam Home for the Orphans 3
(Incorporation) Act, No. 34 of 1984
the persons for the time being holding office as the
Secretary and Treasurer, respectively, of the
Isha-athul Islam Organization.
The first Executive Committee of the Board of
Directors of the Corporation shall be the Executive Com-mittee of the Home holding office at the time of the coming into operation of this Act and that Executive Committee shall continue to function until the expiry of three years from the date of coming into operation of this Act. There-after the term of office of every successive Executive
Committee shall be three’ years.
