9. Debts due by and payable to the institution

அதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.

All debts and liabilities of the Institute existing on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act, shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted and all debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the Institute on that day shall be paid to the Corporation for the purpose of this Act.
