The fi nancial year of the Institute shall be the calendar year.

(2)

The Institute shall cause proper books of accounts to be kept of the income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and all other fi nancial transactions of the Institute.

The provisions of Article 154 of the Constitution relating to the auditing of accounts of corporations shall apply in relation to the audit of accounts of the Institute.
