5. Replacement of section 8 of the principal enactment
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
Section 8 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor:
“ Board of 8.
;
(1)
The Bank shall have a Board of
Directors.
Directors of not less than five and not more than ten members consisting of both nominated and elected directors nominated or elected, as the case may be, under section 8a or 8B.

(2)
The General Manager shall be an ez-officio member of the Board of Directors without the right to vote at any meeting of such Board of Directors. ”.
