Section 68 of the National Housing Development

Authority Act, No.17 of 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the

“principal enactment”) is hereby amended by the substitu-tion for the words “except under, the provisions of this Part”

of the words “except under the provisions of this Part or Part

VII A”.
