10. Appointment & c. of the staff of the Institute

The Institute shall, subject to the provisions of this

Act, have the power to —

(a)

appoint such staff as it considers necessary for the discharge of its functions, and exercise disciplinary control over such staff;

(b)

fix the rates at which member of the staff shall be remunerated; and

(c)

determine the terms and conditions of service of the staff of the Institute.
