18. Fund of the Authority

அதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.

(1)

The Authority shall have its own Fund.

(2)

There shall be paid into the Fund -

(a)

all such sums of money as may be voted upon from time to time by Parliament for the use of the Authority;

(b)

all such sums of money as may be received by the Authority by way of charges and levied for services provided by the Authority under this

Act;

(c)

all such sums of money as may be received by the Authority in the exercise, performance and discharge of its powers and functions under this Act;

(d)

all such sums of money as may be received by the Authority by way of loans, donations, gifts and grants ;

(e)

all such sums of money accruing to the credit of the Authority; and

(f)

all such sums of money received by alienating, leasing or renting of property owned by the

Authority.

(3)

There shall be paid out of the Fund all such sums of money required to defray the expenditure incurred by the

Authority in the exercise and performance of its powers and functions under this Act.
