5. Manage-ment of the affairs ef the = Corpora-tion
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
(1)
The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to other provisions of this Act and the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation, be administered by a Board of irectors consisting of such number of members as may be provided for in such rules and elected in accordance there with.
(2)
The first Board of Directors of the Corporation shall be the members of the Board of Directors of the Associa-tion holding office on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act.
