30. The Campus Board

(1)

A Campus shall have a Board, (hereinafter referred to as the “Campus Board”), the composition of which shall be prescribed by Ordinance.

(2)

The Campus Board shall be responsible—

(a)

for the internal administration of the Campus;

(b)

for making arrangements for the general wellbeing of and the provision of amenities for persons attached to the Campus; and

Ocean University of Sri Lanka

(c)

for the performance of any other duty as may be prescribed by Statute.

(3)

The Campus Board may with the approval of the Board of Governors of the University make Rules in repect of all matters relating or incidental to or connected with the internal administration of the Campus.
